Unlike in SF, for that price you get a mound of dirt in your basement with crickets for free (indoor crawl space), mold, living under a flight path, ATVs illegally racing in the burbs and EOTP and so much mold you smell musty for the rest over your time here. Also, nerve gasses in a good chunk of DC. Suburbs are bland and boring.[/quote]
