I like to bike and often bike commute but this is absolutely 100% the case.  I wish we wound invest in the metro properly so it was ubiquitous and functional.[/quote]

I agree..I believe in carrots. If you want people to not drive, probably vide amazing alluring alternatives. Meanwhile, I don't need people circling the block looking for parking - so provide ample parking. Most people would choose an alternative if it were safe cheap and easy .[/quote]
