You really need to see the house in person and listen. Yes, sound varies by time of year and weather, but besides that, with the topography of the neighborhood and the sound wall, sound hits different house to house, but mostly those affected are the houses with the sound wall in their back yard or directly across the street facing the sound wall. But I know people who live in those houses and they'll tell you why it's not a bother. Or that the benefits outweigh the negatives for them. The house listing discussed here is not negatively affected by road noise. [/quote]
