As a SAHM, I am not working and wouldn't have any interest in a low paying 3-6 hour job. You'd have to pay a LOT of money for me to b interested.
Same. When I wanted part-time work that paid a decent amount, I couldn’t find it. Part time jobs paid $15 / hour even though they required high-level skills. If I did the same job full time, I’d get low six figures. Working 3-6 hours a week? That would be too nuts for me.
+2. I had a job like this, about 10 hours a week for $15 an hour, and I had to be available very specific times and whenever they needed me randomly. Plus, they paid me as an independent contractor. It was too much. They were unhappy because they had full-time expectations and wanted me available at a moment’s notice, I was unhappy because it was a ton of stress for $150 a week. The only way I could see it working is to have very strict boundaries. Such as, I check in to do an hour’s work when I’m available that day, then I check out and am done for the day. No texts or calls, any issues sent to a work email to be addressed the next day.
