What DO I do all day?! I don't have anxiety and I have plenty to do. I happen to like looking pulled together each day. I suppose you could call it a value. You may value something I don't care about. I certainly wouldn't begrudge you something which brings you happiness. I also exercise, eat well and take daily walks with friends. Taking care of my family and home, having healthful habits, maintaining relationships and looking nice are some of the things which bring me happiness. What do you like?[/quote]
