It was one of his top choices before, and a 40K merit scholarship certainly makes it even more appealing. I think they do an amazing job marketing-- since admittance we have gotten very targeted emails encouraging him to apply for additional scholarships, connect with professors in his field of study, describing life at the school etc. In general, their targeted marketing is really making my kid feel like they want him to attend and making him feel valued- which is an awesome thing for a 17 year old to go into college thinking. I think it seems like a great place for my kind of nerdy, seriously scholarly, but really fun kid. [/quote]
