Imagine if 4 coworkers jumped you in the bathroom, beat you up, and took your shoes.

And HR said "come on, this isn't a big deal.  no, we're not going to call the police.  No, we're not going to fire these people.  Yes, you'll have to share the break room with them when you are all on break together."[/quote]
