Weight is such an illusory measure, the fat % is where it's at. You can be super fit and weight 150 lbs. and flabby at 125 lbs. Look at Sydney Leroux, she's perfection. But according to the BMI, she's 9 lbs. from being overweight. Yes, according to the BMI chart, NOT ME, she's 9 lbs. away from being overweight, HENCE WHY body fat %, especially abdominal fat, is a better measure than BMI alone. [/quote]
