That is a lot of hours. Or do your head coaches only do morning. That would be a tremendous cost to do both.[/quote] Yes - but they don't coach every evening shift. Usually they agree to each work one evening shift a week. The cost is not an issue because we are getting pool membership fees and swim team revenues that cover it.[/quote]
