[/quote] I've done a lot of hobbies, but like you said I don't have the energy to do any of them, or will do something for 5 minutes and then lose interest. I love to read when I have a great book in front of me, but picking the next book throws me. I've done so many hobbies over my life (embroidery, sewing, jewelry making which I love but I don't wear jewelry, woodworking...). I realize looking back I enjoy a hobby for a period of time and then I'm done. Not sure how to spark the energy to create on a regular basis, but I know I'm healthier and more energetic if I use that part of my brain. [/quote]
