They're thrilled whenever we do an outdoor playdate or something that doesn't require masks. My 5-year old talks about wanting to see her friends' faces :(. Whiners raise whiners.[/quote] I have deliberately never complained about masks in front of my kids. Why is hard to believe/acknowledge that they would find them uncomfortable? Do you realize they are actually little humans with the same needs for comfort, verbal comprehension, and connection as us?[/quote]
