My Dad has a business in that area and I know a few people from when I went to HS down there. RDU is one of the fastest growing areas and you are seriously going to overpay for housing. It may pay off, may not. I would live in the area but my DH cannot get a fed job in his agency down there. I can work remote FT if needed. I attended HS in both Wilmington and Greenville NC. If you are in higher-level classwork your kids will be fine. [/quote]
