Leadership runs from the top.[/quote] Data shows that VL negatively impacted kids. Many teachers struggled with VL themselves. Other states and countries are still doing in person school. Teaching and children learning is not the same as adults working remotely. There are some jobs that cannot be done remotely. Your grocery store workers are still going into work so that you can get your groceries and don't starve. IMO, teachers are essential for education for K-12.
