I know this is so hard, frustrating. I wish I had the magic formula for you and for me.  I agree with the other posters to sell the house if that is possible. If you try to evict him and stay there it may not ever end. After that is done I would never let him live with you again.[/quote]

PP here.  Maybe but I've known him his entire life and he can be a real a-hole. Boundaries are not a bad thing. He is very intelligent. He can get a job and pay his bills, like everyone else.  [/quote]
