Dip shit, I already said I paid the ticket.  I WAS speeding.  No dispute there.  That's not even my point.  (I'm not the OP BTW)  My point is that the speed limits are intentionally low as a cash machine for the city.  You are seriously so narrow-minded that you can't see that happening in the city where the government has been corrupt as a rule of thumb?[/quote]
