I may be a puppet but I'm a vastly better speller than you, Billy Bob.  You're dumb enough not to notice you're making an excellent case for the "no such thing as independent Ukraine" theory.  First owned by the Mongols, then by the Poles and Lithuanians, and then by the Austro-Hungarians, and then by the Soviets, but hey, if the Church, capital C (which church tho?), considers it separate, then it must be.
