Spouse can completely afford the house. I cannot. I will leave without a penny from the house which we jointly own presently (along with the mortgage bank). The biggest motivator fir your ex to seek more custody is child support. But it sounds like you have no money. You should grit and bear it while they are in HS and use that time to find a job to improve your financial situation. [/quote]
