[/quote] What if I told you that the Instant Pot does a whole lot more than cook perfect eggs. It has replaced our rice cooker. It makes great soups and stews. I can put a whole small pumpkin in - skin and all - and have the perfect cooked pumpkin for pumpkin pie. It works as a slow cooker. It makes yogurt. It has a saute feature that makes it easy to make a complete meal in one pan. And so much more. It's not putting any additional strain on our environment. If anything, it cuts down on cooling costs during the summer because I don't need to heat my entire kitchen to cook a meal. And it doesn't take up any more space than a crock pot or a rice cooker. In fact, it replaces both.[/quote]
