He gets how to deal with schools and also to make the city safer.

Lolololol.  He has no plan for schools.  Look at his webpage.  This isn’t a far reach here.  We can see what he says and does and make the reasonable conclusion that he’s empty.  He can try and get sound bites and complain about things but he has no implementable plan that will move the needle for DC schools. [/quote]
