He is getting this advice from current seniors, 4 or 5 kids who took SATs as juniors scored 1530 and all retook the test senior year. He has one friend who took test senior year and scored a 1530, everyone is supportive of him and not suggesting a re-test. Scores are discussed in academic EC and band EC, all of the kids are supportive whatever the score so son knew was told these kids scores prior to his being released. [/quote]
