You're forgetting to account for reasonable work commutes.  Many of the strong pyramids with reasonably priced townhouses don't have viable commutes.

Sure, all of the parents who don't care just happen to be centered in a few pyramids, and those pyramids also just happen to have the highest percentage of FARMs students in the county. I'm sure it's totally a coincidence and has nothing to do with a segregated school system [/quote]
