You're forgetting to account for reasonable work commutes.  Many of the strong pyramids with reasonably priced townhouses don't have viable commutes.

Burke is right by the VRE.  30ish min comfortable train ride into DC with wifi.  Pentagon bus similar time to Pentagon subway.  I agree though with your point about segregation.  [/quote]
