It has the Pentagon, the CIa, Norfolk, lots of weapons contractors. I'd argue Virgina is exceedingly more consequential than California. California is going to sink under its own weight. They can't even solve the homeless problem. It's what happens when you only care how things look and not how things are. [/quote]
