Most teens don’t do great at it. If OPs kid calls her because he needs a ride, she did everything right. Uber is a great suggestion but they may find themselves turned down. Technically you’re supposed to be 18 and a lot of uber drivers would turn down a group of kids. Overreacting with a breathalyzer ignition is….crazy.
