Our Team Manager is the the one that coordinates with the coach for his availability, does a survey with the parents to determine best days and times for practices, then rents and pays for the turf field. It’s done before the season starts. [/quote] This has to be a smaller club. I can't imagine that scenario at a larger club. Even PAC has its schedule set at club level for its two available fields, unless something has drastically changed. I actually can't imagine it in Fairfax County, given the politics of field assignments.[/quote] +1. Field scarcity and the coach's schedule.
