Well, the school superintendent said at a recorded public school board meeting that he knew of no assaults in bathrooms, when the attack in question took place just one or two months before.  He was surely knew about it by virtue of his position.

The source below is right wing media NY Post, but the recording of the meeting where he said this is freely available, and is why parents have a basis for asking for the supperintendent's resignation..
