Maybe India?[/quote] Besides the US Navy, there’s the Royal Navy, the Russians, the French, the PLAN, the Indians, the RAN, and both Brazil and I think the DPRK navies are developing nuclear sub classes. The Indian Navy has a long standing strong relationship with the Russians so they could buy top shelf items from them if they wanted. If the other country doesn’t have SSNs already maybe it’s the Pakistanis? Egyptians? Both are intent on expanding naval capability. Will be interesting to find out. [/quote]
