1.  Someday the technology will be there for a battery powered car that does what I want it to do.  My guess is 30-40 years from now.  I will buy one then.

2.  Gas is not going anywhere.  We will still be driving gas cars in 30 years.

PP here.  4 kids.  Yes believe in it.  Also believe in reality.  Electric cars are to make people fell better in 2021.  Someday they will be here and ready.  Until then gas car is the only way to go unless you buy a horse.[/quote]

That's weird, we manage to do about 95 percent of our driving in an electric car, including road trips up and down I-95 and to the Delmarva beaches. I guess maybe it's actually a horse?[/quote]
