This bill does almost nothing to tax the truly wealthy.  In fact, most will probably end up paying less in taxes.  This bill is going to waste a lot of money on very inefficient programs, which sucks because you only get to do something with this price tag once.  That's why I am against the bill and hope it fails.[/quote]
