FCPS is in charge of the traffic flow for kiss and ride lanes. Every school has special rules about where you turn in and where you wait for safety reasons. I can’t believe anyone is even arguing about this. Every single school in FCPS has a specific kiss and ride traffic pattern. Only some of the McLean parents are too good to wait in line like everyone else.[/quote] [b]Wrong[/b]. FCPS can certainly establish entrances to schools for kiss and ride purposes, but they certainly can not control how one accesses those entrances from public roads. If they want to stop left turns, get a cop to direct traffic or get VDOT to install a sign.[/quote]
