You could stay at either of JWs in Miami that weekend for less than half of what you are paying for Salamander.  Or you could stay at St Regis/Ritz for same price.  There are roughly 20 other Marriott flagged hotels that are comparable in class to Salamander that you could stay at for $2-350/night.

I am not OP. St Regis and Ritz bal harbour are both over $1k per night but yes, I would much rather go to Miami.[/quote]
