The notion that women and girls (who have a much tougher time bulking, especially upper body) will gain permanent muscle mass by doing youth sports is hilarious. PP - tons of respect for the effort and training required to be a collge gymnast. Many years ago, I worked with a recent grad who was a gymnast, and his functional strength was unbelievable.[/quote]
