My responses to this have been deleted so I will keep it short.

Unless the op's kids are not in school and the op and her spouse are not leaving the house at all her kids covid risk is not increased simply by not seeing their aunt.  The op can also transmit covid.

NP -- I am afraid the PP is bringing his/her baggage into this thread (where is there any indication of "poster wants to cut off her sister"?)

COVID is not a switch that one time goes from safe to probably catch it; protection from viruses is not all or nothing.
Any additional exposure to people who are more likely that the average to be contagious with COVID (and all unvaccinated people fall into this category based on all the experience and research on the topic) will increase the chance that OP’s children will get COVID.
