50 at the time of my first shot. I am perimenopausal, I assume, but since I got my first shot, my cycles have been 31 days 25 days 28 days 24 day I'm up to 30 days this cycle. Expecting it soon. Never had a cycle shorter than 26 days before, and since having my two kids in my 30s I haven't had a cycle over 29 days. Before kids the cycle length was 30-32 days each month. Could be a coincidence. Could be my age. But seems wonkier to me. Certainly I'd take the shots again, and will absolutely get a 3rd when eligible.
It is wonkier and it’s perfectly fine to acknowledge that not to diminish the shot but as a valid side effect of the shot. The women in this thread trying to gaslight women in their 30s with disrupted cycles only after that shot that they are perimenopausal are losers. It’s an honest discussion that doesn’t mean the vaccines still aren’t safe and worthwhile.
