The man had major mental problems. It's no different from any other situations where family members kill children or parents or spouses.

This is tragic.  But everyone saying to get help for these people should read the article.  The father of the kids was trying to get custody and kept filing with the court that he was concerned for the kids’ well being.  CPS was notified.  The dad had custody one day every two weeks.  That is also on our social services system.[/quote]
