I wonder each time I see her picture!
I have to say I'm not a fan of her cheek implants/ fillers, what ever they are. She never had meaty cheeks, makes no sense that her face would have prominent cheeks now. I always thought she had rare noble features and now her face just rings "milkmaid", especially without makeup.

It's not "duh" because I've never seen anyone who would do lower facelift and stop doing botox. Have you?

I think it's a brilliant idea. It goes with her natural style (visually, of course), but her neck will age slower other women's. She will still look better and more natural than all those hard core plastic surgery lovers, since she'll never look fake. I think she does. Plus, in this picture, her drawn face and non existent lips do not go with the silly, frilly top she has on. Those look good on young or young looking ppl, so she’s not even dressing appropriately for her age/looks. I think the answer to OP’s question is just let yourself go and you’ll age like Gwyneth.
