I adore my Moccamaster and I use ground coffee - I don't grind my own. However, I do use the Technivorm filters because they fit perfectly. I will admit that I do use water from my RO dispenser or my Pur dispenser but I have never had a problem. I am careful to clean it with the descaler every 3 months.[/quote]
