Missing a third Thanksgiving or Christmas in a row is ridiculous, especially given that many people drive to NJ or NY. How is that really any different than you driving to southern VA? It isn’t. And not all activities or family events are planned in the summer. We have some milestone birthdays and weddings that have been put off for two years now. My kids are not going to miss those events after all we’ve asked them to give up these past two years. This policy is ridiculous.[/quote]
