We do, but as I said, because of their age differences we don't need someone to babysit all the kids.  They're not close in age. We can pay the older ones to babysit the younger ones. When they were little (0-6) we had a nanny for afternoons/evenings.  DH and I can absolutely go out for dinner without the kids and leave them home alone at this point. But again, age spread - two of them have already moved out.[/quote]
