Actually, you are completely missing the point.  There is a rule.  You disagree with that rule.  Maybe you are even right that the rule is unnecessary.  That is not what I am debating.  The pandemic has caused around 600,000 deaths in the United States, and people have been through a lot.  It will take time for people to adjust.  Wearing a mask is a completely and utterly trivial ask, and if that act of doing so makes others feel a little more comfortable, then one should be completely fine doing so.  Quite frankly given the politicization of mask wearing by the right and that correlation with nutjobs, including those who could be vaccinated but are not for political, crazy reasons, one should be thrilled to do so for a little while longer.  Not doing so, and making a big stink about wearing a mask, is being a jerk.  Pure and simple.  So just mask up.  You say it is totally unnecessary?  Fine.  It is also totally harmless.  Getting upset about that is just weird.[/quote]
