They are waiting for revised guidance from CDC, VDH, and VDOE per the slides.

Basically if you have an opinion, you need to be writing the CDC. Once CDC makes a chance, VDH and VDOE will update their guidelines.

I personally think the CDC should set a case or hospitalization metric for all kids and adults to drop masks. Here in Fairfax Co. we probably already meet it. Leaves a little wiggle room in case there is an unfortunate fall or winter spike. So many op-eds have been written by doctors supporting this approach.
