Pretty sure mine consists of a powered mechanical switch, a water tube, and a lever bar. At any rate, I agree with all the folks saying to write the buyers a modest check ($200) at closing, assuming it still isn't fixed. The suggestion that the buyers are owed a new fridge is ridiculous.[/quote]
