So that I understand:  Ngo creates riots and mayhem with a band if helpers.  He them films these fake riots and posts on media sites saying that the protesters are left way provocateurs.  For the last few years the only riots ate the fake ones staged by Andy Ngo.  Portland people do not riot but raise goats, add a tat or two, and braid their arm pit hair.
