The graphics actually suggest that the rates are pretty similar when you compare the different demographic groups.  That is: the pink and red bars are roughly the same size as the grey bars (the percentage of the group in the whole population).

One thing interesting is the Latino increase in the last 14 days — compared to the white decrease in the last 14 days. I wonder if the Latino increase reflects differences in access, and those factors are now being actively addressed. [/quote]
