I don't see why pools can't open like they did in 2019 when it comes to capacity and distancing. I've seen says capacity and distancing requirements will be dropped in VA on May 28th except for schools, public transportation, and healthcare facilities. The mask mandate has ended already. Your pool might decide to keep some restrictions.
