Teachers didn't sign up because they offered them extra pennies. Loudon is paying teachers $70 an hour! That's how you get teachers to staff it. PAY THEM WELL. Not just a few hundred extra bucks. What APS offered in "extra financial incentive" wouldn't even pay for the childcare many teachers need to arrange for their young kids so that they could go to work.
