The problem is the B and C team are isolated like they aren't even part of the same club. Why should elite teams get the same uniform as the ecnl but the bridge teams get something totally different like we are in another club? We both play in NCSL, but you wouldnt guess it as we look different in uniform and we dont have the benefit of training with the a and b teams ever. [/quote]

My daughter has played both elite and bridge and the uniforms are exactly the same except bridge doesn’t have the light blue one.  I don’t expect to train with elite after moving to Bridge.  That is what Elite pays waaaay more for![/quote]

Agree and to the prior poster that is as much in your bridge coach than anything else. Those coaches didn’t want to join the pool and full academy or adopt their training schedule and tap into those resources. I can’t say that for all but I can say that for at least one team and usually multiple teams in several age groups like U15, U14, U12, U10, U9. Ask your bridge coach why they don’t train with the academy? And let us know your answer. Many of the bridge coaches have fragile egos and some don’t but simply have a different perspective on how serious to make it. [/quote]
