The total futbol crew were largely responsible for Herndon's achievements over the last several years. Now Herndon did the dirty on them. Not only have they lost that coaching crew, other good coaches saw how Herndon treated total futbol and I expect most will want to steer clear. In my experience, when a club and coaching staff parts ways in acrimony that spells many years in the wilderness for the club.[/quote]
