Both.  My son has a learning disability, and tested into TAG reading (likely due to private pay tutoring that I invested in to better prepare him for his regular non-TAG reading class - he was coming close to failing the practice SOLs).  Honestly,  at the end of the day, TAG reading was not the best thing for him.  He didn't enjoy it, and it was an enormous amount of work for him.  At the end of the day, what we learned from it is that just because you CAN do something, doesn't mean you SHOULD.  YMMV.[/quote]
