As for Herndon developing kids, there are 2 good coaches on the boys’ side and one on the girls’ side, outside TF. The boys’ side is a mess with coaching that leaves much to be desired. This is why so many talented boys leave in the older age groups. Add to that a Board that’s gone off the rails, a TD that still can’t do the job after 12 years, and an ED that has no clue about youth soccer and you’ll see many more players leaving. [/quote]
